Request your shipping label
You pack your own box and ship it with the carrier you prefer. Sending 20 lb or more, or sterling or gold? Ask us for a discounted shipping label: our commercial rate is well below counter prices, and the label cost is simply deducted from your payment.
How the label works
- Tell us how many boxes, their sizes and rough weights (cm or inches, kg or lb, whichever you think in)
- We email your label
- Tape it on and drop the box at any courier location
- Add declared-value coverage if you wish
- Sending a small lot instead? Pick that option and the label is sized for a padded envelope
Before you seal the box: anything you are unsure about, keep it out. Email photos to contact@silverplatecanada.ca first and we will tell you honestly what to send and what to keep. Items can be returned if you change your mind, but the return trip is at your shipping cost.
What happens after you press send
Your label arrives by email, and it does not expire: ship when you are ready. When your parcel arrives, it is opened and documented on continuous video, sorted by material, weighed, and paid at the published rates within 4 business days, with an itemized receipt emailed to you. Gold, dental gold and bullion are quoted in writing first and are not processed until you approve the quote. The whole path is described step by step on the how it works page.
